Perry, Kenneth Malcolm – – E-mail 08/21/00: Ken recently took command of USS PENNSYLVANIA (SSBN 735) in Kings Bay, Georgia. His 2nd Company roommate, Charlie King, was a witness (neither of them would have believed it otherwise). The change of command turned out to be a great reunion, with family and friends attending from up and down the east coast. The crew did a standout job, including rendering honors as sideboys. Alicia, Ken and the kids have settled in Jacksonville, Florida. Now that the youngest, Maria, is in second grade Alicia has resumed her career as a CPA.
– – E-mail 9/7/97: John’s one of those guys that shows up on Shipmate’s “where the hell is this guy” list. He recently reported to the Joint Staff in the Pentagon where he’s run into more ’82ers in two months than the previous two tours. John’s the Navy Branch Chief, in J-3 Recon Ops.
